In the unlikely case...

We work hard to provide you the best products and service. We appreciate your business and value your time and money. We have satisfied people, families and businesses throughout the country and we expect you to be satisfied as well. In the unlikely event you need to return an item, we offer the following.

  • Food Items & Military Gear: Due to government regulations ALL food items and military supply sales are final. No returns accepted.
  • Refused or Cancelled Orders: Orders that are refused, cancelled or are undeliverable will be refunded less the shipping costs to and from the original shipping address and be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 7 days of the original ship date online or purchase date if from our retail store (original receipt required). You will receive store credit or a replacement.
  • Other Reasons: EDS offers exchanges within 14 days, but you will be responsible for any shipping charges (to and from). Please contact us and we will do our best to fix any problems.
